Congratulations on your new furniture or mattress purchase! Below are a few tips to help us provide you the best possible experience.

All sold orders can be picked up at our Distribution Center located at:

Morrisville, NC 27560
Monday-Friday 9:30am – 5:00pm
Saturday 9:00am – 4:30pm
Sunday – closed

**Please call our warehouse 30 minutes prior to pick-up at 919-806-1100.  The warehouse staff will ask for your sales order number.  This will help them pull your order for pickup. Please pay any final balances at the Home Comfort store you purchased from prior to pick up.

Merchandise that is picked up will not be assembled. It will be left in the factory package unless you would like to inspect the item. If inspected, our warehouse personnel will do their best to place the item(s) back in the original package(s). If you choose not to inspect and a defect is found at your home, you can bring the item back to the distribution center and it will be replaced as soon as possible. Please contact the Home Comfort location you purchased from to obtain an exchange ticket.

Please consider the size and weight of the items you will be transporting and bring a vehicle capable of carrying and securing the goods.

**** We do not supply the materials to secure your items to your vehicle, so remember to bring your straps, rope, etc. ****
