Thank you for your business. We appreciate your patronage and will do our best to make all aspects of your relationship with us a pleasant one.

RETURN POLICY

Mattresses and box-springs
Due to the personal nature of mattresses, box springs, pillows & mattress pads; all sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

In-Store Purchases: Stock Furniture Merchandise: If you decide that you don’t like the items you selected, or if they are too big, they may be returned within 3 days from the date of delivery for a refund less outbound and inbound shipping/delivery charges and handling fees plus a 15% restocking fee.

Special Order Purchases: In-Store purchases of items that are not in stock that are ordered at the request of the customer. Special Order items are also upholstered items that are custom ordered in the fabric of the customer’s selection. Special Order sales are final and not eligible for cancellation or exchange. All monies paid on special orders are non-refundable.

Online Purchases: If you decide that you don’t like the items you selected or if they are too big they may be returned within 3 days from the date of delivery for a refund less outbound and inbound shipping, delivery and handling fees plus a 25% restocking fee.

Time estimates given for delivery are only estimates, not deadlines. Circumstances beyond our control may cause delays. We will do our best to keep any delay to a minimum.

Floor Samples & Clearance Items:
Items sold as FLOOR SAMPLES and/or CLEARANCE ITEMS are FINAL SALES.
NO RETURNS-NO EXCHANGES-NO REFUNDS.

REFUND POLICY

Cash and check purchases will be refunded by check within 10 business days of the return of the merchandise.

Credit Card purchases will be refunded in the manner in which they were paid. NO CASH REFUNDS.

WARRANTY SERVICE POLICY

Where applicable, Home Comfort will offer local Raleigh-Durham, NC area service support on all Manufacturer’s warranties for one year from the date of delivery. There is a trip charge if a service call is required, plus a per hour labor charge for local service support within the first year from date of receipt of merchandise. After one year from the date of receipt of merchandise, there will be a fee for in home inspection plus charges for all labor repairs and parts plus shipping. Please contact the Manufacturer for warranty service outside of our local service area. Items sold “As-Is” do not have a warranty from Home Comfort or the Manufacturer.
